I remind clients to call with the issues that can't be resolved through a suppliers agent. I provide my mobile number and give then a prepaid calling card along with dialing instructions to use the card from their destination. It's a lot easier to solve problems as they occur. I've had very few clients ever call me except to test the calling card!
