I would like to take this opportunity to say “thank you” to those of you that joined us Monday for MailPound’s workshop at the TRADESHOW. We were so excited about the participation and your enthusiasm!

During the seminar I shared how you can use your knowledge of your clients and MailPound’s tools to increase your sales. After the workshop I kept hearing comments like “Wow, I had no idea I could do that on MailPound!” Therefore, beginning next week, we'll have weekly “MailPound Reviews” online. Here, we will demonstrate the powerful and FREE resources that are available to you.

We were also joined by Carnival’s travel agent technology expert and host of Carnival’s technology blog, Jessica Martinez. GoCCL.com is a great source for up-to-date information regarding Carnival’s current technology projects, enhancements, future training opportunities and webinars.

If you were not able to attend our seminar in Orlando, no worries! Jessica and I will also be hosting this seminar online next month for the Travel Institute. I will send out an invite once registration is open.

The TRADESHOW

We are in sunny Orlando, Florida for THE TRADESHOW!

Due to the impending hurricane we took an earlier flight in hopes of avoiding any delays. Not only were we successful in avoiding delays but we also added a half of day to our Orlando stay! J

Once we checked into the Portofino hotel we took a water taxi to Universal City Walk. I definitely felt guilty being here without the kids!

The TRADESHOW had pre-conference tours for the attending travel agents. Many took advantage of complimentary sightseeing, hotel inspections and free admission into Universal Studios!
